Blue Sky Afternoon

Great reminder today of something I have always known, but forget to practice:

If I tell the kids to go outside, they will complain and protest;

If I go outside, the kids will soon follow willingly & happily. 

And it gets me out of the house. 

Spring is peeking out at our house - we found one blooming crocus, forsythia full of buds, plum tree with blossoms ready to burst and lots of birdsong in the air.
